Each Tivara piece is carefully packed and inspected before it leaves our studio. Orders are typically processed within 2β4 business days after payment confirmation.
(Please note: During busy periods or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.)
Shipping Rates & Delivery
We currently ship across Canada and the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and carrier rates.
Estimated delivery times:

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, youβll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your jewelryβs journey to your doorstep.
Shipping Responsibility
Tivara Jewel is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs clearance, or weather conditions. However, weβre always happy to help you track your parcel and guide you if your order is delayed.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at tivarajewel@gmail.comΒ with your order number and photos of the damaged package.
If your package is lost in transit, please reach out β weβll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as best as possible.
Delivery Address
Please double-check your shipping address before checkout. We are unable to refund or replace items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
