Processing Time
Each Tivara piece is carefully packed and inspected before it leaves our studio. Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
(Please note: During busy periods or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.)

Shipping Rates & Delivery
We currently ship across Canada and the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and carrier rates.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Canada: 3–9 business days after dispatch

  • United States: 5–12 business days after dispatch

(Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your local postal service.)

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your jewelry’s journey to your doorstep.

Shipping Responsibility
Tivara Jewel is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs clearance, or weather conditions. However, we’re always happy to help you track your parcel and guide you if your order is delayed.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at tivarajewel@gmail.comΒ with your order number and photos of the damaged package.
If your package is lost in transit, please reach out β€” we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as best as possible.

Delivery Address
Please double-check your shipping address before checkout. We are unable to refund or replace items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

International Shipping (optional for test phase)
If you’re outside Canada or the U.S. and wish to order, please contact us at tivarajewel@gmail.comΒ before purchasing. We’ll do our best to accommodate international orders.
